- The Harbor of Hospitality’s most impressive example of a large brick Georgian Revival style house, built by William and Alice Culpepper in 1935. The house was a private residence until 1993 and was transformed into an inn and conference center. Newly decorated in 2005 with the finest furnishings, you will indeed feel like royalty visiting the main house for a business meeting or even enjoying an overnight stay in one of the 4 premium rooms. The Magnolia House was built in 1993 and houses an additional 6 guest rooms each with full baths.
